can i bring milk powder and chocolate or sending them into china?

Yes, you can send milk and chocolae into CHina. However, there is a limit for milk powder. You'd better not send more than 2.5 kg (probably six cans if each is around 400g). Otherwise, the receiver needs to pay duty fo the milk powder.
