Are there wheelchair accessible cars in China?

Most cities don't have these cars. You may find some in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu. However, there are just a few of them. My suggestion is that you may take a foldable wheelchair. It's more convenient when you take a taxi.
