Take bus no. 2 from the Buddha to Mui Wo pier, where you can take a ferry to Central. Then walk to Garden Road Tram Station onto the peak.
Bus no. 2 takes around 45min. The normal ferry takes 50-55min and the fast ones takes 35-40min. The tram takes around 8min onto the peak, but it usually requires around 20min to wait for that, because there are many people queuing up.0
