how can I book a taxi or hire car from a hotel in Hangzhou to Huzhou? How much will it cost?

Can I book the car in advance?

As I know, no need to book a taxi for the trip. Just flag down a cab and negotiate the fee with the driver to take you there. The fare is CNY400-500 for your reference.
