About:Imperial Garden

easy way to Putuoshan from Shanghai or Hangzhou?

I want go to Putuoshan, Zhoushan, China.
When the right time? Good season?
Better from Shanghai or HZ?
If i arrive to Shanghai airport or Xiaoshan airport,
Can i use Bus from the airport, direct to Putuoshan?
Or what transportation?

Generally, it is best to travel there during April and Oct.

HZ Airport is nearer to the scenic area. And there is one direct bus from the airport to Zhoushan Putuo, leaving at 12:50. Then go to Shenjiamen Banshengdong port to catch a ferry to ur destination.

How long from HZ airport to Shenjiamen ? How much per person ( adult & Child below 10 yr) ? Thx

It takes around 4h and costs CNY115 per adult. Usually, the child fee is charged due to the height: children under 1.2m can take bus for free and kids between 1.2m and 1.5m get 50% discount. If higher, he should pay the same as an adult.
