You must refer to the Zhonghua Road, whrere you may find what you want. Apart from that, I recommend the Huqiu Wedding Street in Suzhou to you. This city is only around half an hour's travel from SH by train.

You should also check out the Tianyi Wedding Plaza on Renmin Road near Jiucang Street (it is near to Yu Gardens). My wife had her wedding dress custom made here (we are expats from London) and it was fantastic and great value.
