I am planning to visit schools in Shanghai on 9th-11th February, 2015. When is their winter holiday?

The winter holiday usually starts a week in advance before the Spring Festival. The universities winter holiday may start earlier. If you visit a university, I am afraid that the winter vacation already starts.
