I wanna go to a place in Guangzhou to buy bulk women clothes & shoes to export to Tanzania.

You can go to the Tianma Clothes Wholesale Market, which is located at No.168 of Huanshi West Rd, Yuexiu District. Or you can go to the nearby Baima Clothes Market to have a look.
