can I book tickets now for March ? and can I pay tickets price with pay pal or visa card of another person? I want buy tickets from pay pal or visa card of some body who do not with me in this trip. is it have a problem for me?thank you

yes, you can book with online agency now. but I suggest that you do not book now. It is too early and the schedule changes sometime. It is not late to book one month before departure. As far as I know, many online agents accept payment by Paypal or visa card, and it is ok to pay with some one else's pay pal or visa card.
