Trying to stop a parcel heading to Beijing

Hi all, I just want some tips on how to connect with China Post. I recently was swindled by some people answering an add on Kijiji. I was selling a necklace and never used paypal. I was dumb enough to beileive a fake email sent to me by who I thought was paypal. I sent my necklace off to Beijing and they said I would hace my money. No money, no necklace and authorities cannot do much. Im just asking if anyone has an email for China Post.
