z visa requriment by muhammad

hello sir i got the invitation letter and Alien Employment License also i have my passport valid more the 6 month photos and application from is there any thing else that i need to submit while applying the Z like medical or my educational certificate something.?
and also i need little help to fill the application from i hear that it should not be hand written it will be type in computer..?
can you please email me the sample of z type from thank you

According to the policy, you do not need to other documents. For other documents, you may need to ask the local Chinese embassy for more.

It is not necessary to type in the computer.
