z visa requriment by muhammad

hello sir i got the invitation letter and Alien Employment License also i have my passport valid more the 6 month photos and application from is there any thing else that i need to submit while applying the Z like medical or my educational certificate something.?
and also i need little help to fill the application from i hear that it should not be hand written it will be type in computer..?
