Buy a ticket for Bus No 5, pick up ticket at Shanghai Train Station

Hello , I am getting into PVG 27 Aug around 7 am. I will take bus No 5 to Shanghai Train Station to catch a train to Suzhou. Do I buy the ticket for the bus somewhere at the Airport or as I am getting on the bus? Also, I will buy the train ticket in advance, is there a central counter at Shanghai Train Station where to pick them up?

You can buy the shuttle bus ticket on your arrival day at the ticket counter/office of the Coach Bus Terminal in the airport, no need to book in advance.

Many trains operate from Shanghai to SZ, so you can easily buy a ticket at the ticket window. Then follow the signages to find the boarding platform.
