About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Employment Permit

I am on a Business visa M now and my 30 days go up on August 7. In the meantime we're going to start the application for my employment permit soon here in SH. While the employment permit is being processed, do I still have to exit the country on August 7?

With your current one, you need to exit the country on August.
If you want to wait for your employment permit, you can extend your current M. After you get your employment permit, you still need to exit the country and apply a new Z type to work in China.
