About:Traveling Cost in China

how much cash is recommended to be taken if you live in China

hello, I am planning to live in ningbo city and study medicine there I was wondering how much money is recommended for me to take monthly . I am a student and I don't want to live a luxurious life just enough to keep me going but with having fun from times to times . ( P.S. accommodation is already said )

If your accommodation is paid, I think 2000 to 2500 RMB per month is ok. Please understand tha you can take as many as 20000 RMB in cash when you enter China. If you plan to take more, please deposit in your debit card. When you arrive, you can withdraw the money from the Chinese banks.
