Hi, I intend to go Taiwan on 18/02/2015 - 25/02/2015 is it cold there?

where can i see snow there? I heard khaoshiong is the hottest place, may i know how's the weather like in khaoshiong ? ( i love very cold weather ) please advice : ) thanks

I just know it might snow on Mt. Ali at that time. It is usually cloudy in Kaohsiung then and the temperature would range from 15℃ to 26℃, pretty warm. Besides, it my also rain a little, so just pay attention to the weather forecast in advance.
