what are the requirements for some body to get chinese visa in Nigeria for second trip ?

i have been to china before, but i got chinese one from another country where i was residing, but now i traveled back to my country Nigeria and i want apply from Nigeria, so what do i need to get it? and minimum deposit in my bank account .
