hi, we booked tickets for tomorrow, but need some more information

Question

We have train T110 Shanghai - Beijing, but I cannot find information what railway station we should go to and where to get booked tickets there.We wanted to have 2-people coupe, but it seems to be not an option, cause we got 4-people version - can we chane it somehow? Thank you!

you should go to the Shanghai Railway Station, and you can collect your ticket at the ticket office at the railway station. It is too late to change at the ticket office, but you can ask the conductor if there are luxury soft sleeper berths left after you go onboard. it there are, you can change the seat by paying the price difference.
