About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Hi, I am flying through Shanghai China tomorrow and I have a 32 hour stop over.

Is it possible for me to get a transit visa at the airport on arrival being a south african citezen?

Sorry, you can't apply for the G type at the airport when you arrive if you hold South African passport. You should have applied for it before you transit in Shanghai.
