hi buddy I want to know about road condition,weather,safety and people oh china on road in Shenyang

because I m planning a tour from Lhasa to SY on cycle can anyone help me on this matter

The road condition is pretty good in SY and the local people are friendly. So I think you will have a nice trip.

For the weather, it is hard, because you did not tell me when you will start your journey. It will be very cold in SY from late November to around March the next year, so it is suggested to avoid this time.
