You can walk about 400 meters to the nearest Olympic Station to take the MTR Tung Chung Line and get off at Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to Disney MTR Line to the destination.

I know this hotel arranges Limousine Services for its guests from the airport to the hotel. You can consult them if it is fine to arrange a 7-seater one and the fee as well. This shall be a convenient way.
