About:China Visa Fees

Leaving internship

Hi there,

I am currently doing an internship at a school in China on an M visa which is valid until late September. I'm not really enjoying it and so I want to leave the job a month early and spend the rest of my time travelling. I don't have a contract with the school - only a small deposit with an agency that sourced the internship for me. My flight home is on the 6th September - if I leave the school and notify the agency, would I run the risk of either party attempting to cancel my visa before I fly home? I heard neither has the authority to do so as it is the embassy that issues my M type, but I don't want to take any risks.

*it is the embassy that issues the visa (didn't mean to say 'M type')

Both the agency and the school do not have the right to cancel your M type, so if is still in valid, you can still stay in China for visiting or so. Please do not worry.

Personally speaking, it is suggested to solve the issue peacefully, so that no more troubles will be made for you in the future and you can travel happily after that.
