Were both male, male Gemini rat and male Capricorn tiger, will it work?

The guy I like is a rat on the Chinese zodiac birth calendar, thou he isn't into men which is my issue. Nonetheless he treats me a lot kinder than he does to all other guys he's friends with. He teases me sometimes and treats me like a girl, gentle. He does have a lot of moments where one will think that he does swing that way.
