Is application fee needed for student Visa?

I am a Liberian, and I got admission notice and a Visa application for study in China. Do I need to pay application fee when delivering my application for study in China?

You need to pay for the application and you need to apply through the China Visa Service Facility with your admission letter and your application form for study in China in Tripoli.
