About:Shanghai Travel

I will be arriving Pudong airport alone at 12:35 midnight. I stay at the French Concession area.

What is the safest and cheapest way to get there? And how do I get there?

As I am not sure where you are staying at exactly in that area, here is my general suggestion:
U are recommended to take airport shuttle bus Night Line to get off at Middle Yan'an Road, Huashan Road and the bus fare is around CNY20. Then catch a taxi to your destination at the cost of around CNY20.
