About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Can I Change from 2nd class ticket to 1st class ticket on the same train that I am travelling?

How long before it leaves if I am allowed this?

yes, you can, as long as there are first class seats left.
you can change the ticket 2 hours before boarding or onboard after departure. But you need to pay the price differece between the first and second class.
