About:Hong Kong Airport Express

If this is a free shuttle in hong kong, why would I need proof of eligibility to board?

Need to get from the airport to causeway bay. Sogo?

The shuttle buses are exclusively free for the Airport Express passengers.

Apart from that, you can take the shuttle bus E11 from the airport and get off at the Sugar Street, Yee Wo Street. Then walk westwards for 250 meters to the destination.
