You can take the Airport Express and get off at Hong Kong Station. Then take the free shuttle bus K5 to your hotel directly.2

No, you should get off at Kowloon Station, where catch bus line K5.2

Yes we got off at Kowloon station and got the bus. Very easy and quick. Well signposted as are all the MTR stations1
