Please help with tracking number, RG022992047CN

Ordered from a website thankfully thru PayPal and seller will not respond to my messages, and tracking number will not come up on any web search or china post websites? thank you

RG022992047CN the tracking number says 4 items found now.... Still a scam? should I just go thru PayPal and get my money back? I have 45 days....

RG022992047CN Delivery to airport Beijing US Fri, 25 Jul 2014 05:46:00 GMT

It was sent to US on July 25. Usually, it takes 13 to 18 days to reach US. I think you may receive in 11 days. If still don't have it, then you my get your money back with Paypal.
