About:How to Get from Hangzhou to Shanghai

Go from downtown Hangzhou to PVG and need to be there by 1:00 pm. Should we take a bus or train? Jing

Both can be ok. By train, it takes less time; by bus, you don't need to transfer on the way.

By train: at HZ East Train Station, take a high speed train to Hongqiao Train Station. Then walk to Hongqiao Airport within 10min to catch shuttle bus line 1 to PVG in an hour or a little longer.

By bus: you can catch the diret coaches to the airport near Wulinmen Civil Aviation Ticket Office or Huanglong Sports Center. It takes around three hours.
