About:Dual Nationality

can I get chinese citizenship even if he has been out of china for more than 30 years?

Me and my brother were born in Colombia but my father is Chinese (born in Guangdong).

Kevin, it's almost impossible for you to acquire a Chinese citizenship because it is too difficult to do that. You may first apply for the permanent resident permit. But it says that just around 250 people can get that every year.
