About:Wuxi Ancient Kilns Relics Museum

I am planning on going to one of the Tai chi schools for 6 - 12 mos.

They suggested a 90 day tourist visa and perhaps a multi entry one. I am from the states and currently in Cairo. How difficult will it be to obtain a dual entry one. Also, if I stay for a year what would you suggest I apply for?
Thanks for your help

Usually, a tourist type only has a stay of duration around 30 days with single entry. If you cannot provide necessary documents to show that you needs to stay longer than 30 days, it is almost impossible to get a 90 days with double or multiple entry one, but the official has the right to decide whether you can get the 90 days with multiple entry one or not.

For your situation, if you plans to attend a Tai Chi course and got an offer or an enrollment letter from your school, you can use that letter to apply for X2 type with multiple entry. If you can still provide the Foreign Student Visa Application Form, you can try to apply for the X1.

Thanks for your prompt response. I went to the consulate with my invitation letter and asked for a 90 day dual. Surprisingly, the response was basically" no problem". Two stays 90 days each. The proof is in the pudding however so I have my fingers crossed. Picking up tomorrow.
