Which network my phone operates:

Hi there, i am looking to get a local phone number by sim card but i dont know where to look to find if my network is TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, or CDMA2000. The interenet only works on selet few sites here. I want to make sure i go to the right cell phone carrier otherwise it wont work.

From Ottawa, Canada. previous carrier, telus. My number with telus is no longer active. Any help is appreciated!
