About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

can I apply for student visa from Chinese embassy in South Korea

I'm a Nigerian, I have been to China once and I intend taking a six months course in China. Can I apply for my Chinese student X here in South Korea, currently having 5months left on my ARC.
