Hair salon for Expats ..blonde hair in Suzhou?

I am staying near Times Square subway.where can I get my hair highlighted/dyed blonde please???

I know a hair salon named Shouxuan Zaoxing near the square, which enjoys a good reputation. You can have your hair highlighted and dyed there. It is located at Tianmu West Street of the Time Square, No.268 of Wangdun Road.

Yes, it is one of the great shopping centers in the city and you shouldn't miss the nearby Times Square Shopping Center.
