I wanted to know what is the best way of transport from Hongqiao Railway Station to Pudong International Airport?

and is there any shuttle bus?

The best way is taking the subway line 2 from the Hongqiao Railway Station to the airport, for the ticket fare is quite cheap, CNY 6, and you won’t get a traffic jam.

You can also take a shuttle bus line 1 from the railway station to the airport, and the fare is CNY 30.
