How do I get to Li River for the cruise from downtown Guilin?

take a one-hour bus ride to the Bamboo River Dock (Zhujiang Dock) or the Millstone Hill Dock to start the cruise from its essential part

Foreign travelers should go to Zhujiang Dock to catch the cruise and you can take a taxi from the downtown to get there exactly within half an hour.
