The 5L Alcohol Beverage Limitation under 70% of Alcohol, is it for International Flight?

The 5L Alcohol Beverage Limitation under 70% of Alcohol, is it for International Flight or Domestic Flight only?And in question number 4, Serena from Kenya answered that it has to be less than 1.5 L, so is it 1.5L or 5L?

Suryanto, some airlines (both domestic and international) require their passegers to bring no more than 5L liquid in their checked luggage. However, China Customs just allows those who enter China to bring no more than 1.5 L liquid.

If you fly from Indonesia to China, I think you should take less than 1.5L liquid. You may call your airline company to confirm this.
