About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

I just bought the tickets to Xian and Shanghai from this website

Hi, can I collect all the tickets at Beijing North Railway or Wangfujing Station?

you can collect the tickets at any railway station. but i think Wangfujing Station is a subway station, which does not provide ticket collecting service.
