Train K3 fro Beijing to Moscow

When I checked another site, the fare for Train K3 departing Beijing for Moscow is different from the fares quoted here in travelchinaguide. For instance, the Soft-sleeper fare is CNY1,103 (upper bunk) and CNY1,156 (lower bunk) compared to CNY5,114/soft-sleeper quoted by travelchinaguide.

Why the vast difference in fare?

Common sense will tell that there is no way a ticket from Beijing to Moscow is CNY1103, not even for a hard seat, let alone a bed! There was a mistake or worse still, the website is a scam.
