1. If you come to China for the first time and apply for D, Q1, Q2, S1, S2, X1, X2 or Z type, you should provide police clearance authenticated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.
2. These two letters are not the same. The first one is issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC or provincial or municiple Foreign Affairs Offices. The second one is sent by Chinese peple or companies.
