Xian Bus 603

I want to take bus no. 603 from Shaanxi Normal University and want to sit on the second floor to cruise around at night and return to the university without taking off from the bus.

Will bus 603 turn around immediately after passing all the stops? and how long is the duration with bus 603 from Shaanxi normal university to zhonglou subway station?

Also how do I go to Xi'an railway station from Shaanxi Normal University? Thanks!
