About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Do I need a visa for a short visit outside of the airport? What are my options?

I am a European resident with a Philippine passport travelling from France to the Philippines via Beijing Capital Airport with 7hrs waiting time before my connecting flight to Manila. Thank you very much.

You should apply for a stay permit when you arrive. Then you can exit the airport with your stay permit.
