Yes, you will. The 72h free visa transit allows you to travel in all the cities in Guangdong province and the time is started to be calculated from 00:00 on the next day of your arrival. Say, if u arrive at 09:00 on Jul. 1, it starts to be calculated from 00:00 on Jul. 2.
