You can walk along the Wan Chai Road to Wan Chai Station, where you can take the Island Line to Admiralty Station. Then take the Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Then you can walk to the Victoria Bay easily after you get out of the station from Exit E.
