male dragon born on 5th october 1976 asking about career

I am a male dragon born on 5th October 1976.I am hardworking and famous around my office but beaten by simple jealous people and loosing my jobs several times.This time i am out of the job for the 6th month.my career has not offered me economically much.And i am in a confusion to change my career to another oil and water related job.Is it possible at this time to take off a newer side? Will I excel in my career and shine again and make good money which is a greater issue in my personal life which is a barrier for my marriage for several years.Please advice me.
