how can i reach Xian Forest City Hotel by shuttle bus?

You mean the airport shuttle bus?
If so, the shuttle bus cannot take you from the airport to your hotel directly. You can take the shuttle bus line 1 to its terminal at Melody Hotel near the Bell Tower and then take a taxi to your hotel.
