About:Visa Policy of China

Can I apply for China Visa from Consular in Osaka?

I'm from Thailand and now I'm in Osaka as a tourist. I 've just learned that there is a trade fair in Shanghai next week and would like to go to this fair.

Yes, you can apply from the embassy on your own. If you go there for trade fair, you may still need a invitation letter from the fair.
