About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Resident of PA.,but I am in CA. now.If i come personaly,can i get tourist visa for Sept.travel?

I am a resident of Pennsylvania,But i have a second home in California. I am in California now. If i come personally for L type, can i get it in Los Angeles? My tour starts on September 1st,2014.Travel agencies told me that if i come personally then i can get it.

Yes, you can get it in Los Angeles. It is suggested to take a certificate that you has a house in California or you live there, if you have one. With it, it is much easier to get L.
