About:Taiwan Weather

how about coming 19 - 26 July 2014 in Taipei... im going the cruise depart from keelung, just worried typhoon

It will right be during typhoon season during your travel, so you'd better think twice about the cruise trip. Also you are advised to pay attention to the weather forecast in advance.
