what is original visa notice?

We are from philippines. And applying for an F visa. I got invitation letter, banknstatements,certificate of employment. But the embassy is asking for original visa notice from ministry of foreign affairs or public security bureau. What is that?

Sorry, I think the company who invites you should be responsible to get the Notice for you. You can contact them directly for this.
